The Practice/Client Partner is responsible for targeting key accounts to build multi-million dollar HRO relationships and then manage the outsourcing process for those accounts. Those relationships must be such that the client is receiving cost effective solutions while client is delivering services that are both profitable and high quality. Together with the rest of the team, the Partner will share in the accountability for driving revenue and profit targets.
The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in the HR function. That experience can either be from the corporate HR function in a Fortune 500 organization, in a consulting role working with those companies, or experience on the provider side of Tier 1 HRO. Bringing strong working knowledge of the HR function and its processes is required, with particular strength in the administrative areas of corporate HR. Having exposure to business process outsourcing is essential – either participating in the evaluation and transition or being part of a consulting engagement team. Having experience leading large cross-functional projects is required and experience in business development and shared services are preferred. The candidate will have had exposure to ERP systems and understand the impact they have on the function. Experience with quality management is helpful.
A bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or an advanced HR degree is preferred.
