The DVP is responsible for all data center activities for this national insurance company, ensuring a production environment that is reliable and scalable. He/She interacts with the development organization, and must effectively translate development planning into production requirements. The DVP partners with ITG strategy to understand the core business strategy, the ITG planning process, and plan objectives of the data center and relate it back to it is intended support of the overall business strategies.
