Gail Nelson has over 25 years of experience as an accomplished senior executive in the healthcare industry with broad-based leadership experience in sales, marketing and consulting - all of which is invaluable in working with our clients.  

Previously, Gail was Vice President, Enterprise Sales, for Owens & Minor, a $6.5 billion distributor of national brand-name medical/surgical supplies to hospitals and integrated healthcare systems. She worked closely with integrated healthcare providers to pursue strategic, end-to-end supply chain solutions to realize significant operational and financial benefits. Prior to Owens & Minor, she held positions as Vice President, National Accounts for Stryker Corporation, a global technology company in orthopedic products and other medical specialty lines, and VP of Sales for RR Donnelley, a printing and integrated communication services company. Gail's other experiences include sales, marketing and consulting leadership positions with Allegiance Healthcare Corporation and Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

Early in her career, Gail was a Captain in the US Army, where she was an RPN at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. She is an active member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBA) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Gail has as a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Georgetown University.
